Text SMS Banking

If you can send a Text Message or SMS, you can request information about your balances and recent transactions. We'll send you a text message right back with your most up-to-date account details.

Texting is also known as SMS (Short Messaging Service). It's "short" because text messages can not exceed 160 characters. If a reply from Mobile Banking exceeds this limit, the reply will span over several messages and some carriers may deliver them out of sequential order.

Account Nicknames? It's helpful to set up short nicknames for your accounts within Internet Banking to cut down on the words you have to type on your mobile phone when requesting information or transfering to a specific account. To do this, login to Online Banking and choose the Preferences button, then Nicknames.
