VISA Debit Card & ATM Card

Simple. Secure. Always in your wallet.
Your UniBank VISA® Debit & ATM Card is more than just plastic; it’s your key to everyday convenience, giving you direct access to your checking account anywhere VISA is accepted, plus 24/7 access to cash at thousands of ATMs worldwide.

Everyday Purchases: Use your card in stores, online, or by phone. Purchases are deducted directly from your checking account, with a detailed record on your monthly statement. Use it anytime, anywhere that accepts VISA, simply by signing your name or entering your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

ATM Access: Withdraw cash, make deposits, transfer funds, and check balances at any UniBank ATM 24/7. You can also access your money at Allpoint, MoneyPass, CIRRUS®, or PLUS network ATMs worldwide Visa ATM Locator. And, since UniBank is a member of Allpoint and MoneyPass, you may avoid additional surcharges from other financial institutions.

Cash Back at Merchants: Many merchants allow you to request “cash back” at checkout when you use your PIN. The purchase amount plus your cash back is withdrawn directly from your account. Be sure to ask about merchant limits or possible fees.

Add your UniBank VISA Debit Card to Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, or Google Pay™ for secure, contactless payments in-store, in-app, or online.

Visa Click to Pay: Save time when shopping online; pay without re-entering your card and shipping details anywhere Visa Click to Pay is accepted.

Manage your UniBank Debit Card easily within Online or Mobile Banking.

To view card options using Online Banking select Cards from the top menu bar and using Mobile Banking select Cards from the top left menu.

All debit cards linked to your account(s) will be displayed, including cards belonging to joint signers. Please review the name and last four digits on the card carefully before setting your controls or alerts.

To protect your account, UniBank automatically enrolls debit cardholders in our fraud alert system.

Here’s how our alert system works:

If activity occurs that is outside your normal spending pattern, you’ll receive a text asking you to confirm the transaction. Text messages will be sent any time of day, 7 days a week.

If no reply is received, automated calls will follow (8 AM–9 PM EST). Calls will provide the option to confirm activity or speak with a fraud analyst. If you opt out of text alerts, you may experience delays in card use.

Save these numbers in your phone as UniBank Fraud Center: Text alerts: 37268, Phone calls: 833.735.1894.

If you have concerns, you can also contact UniBank’s Customer Contact Center during business hours at 800.578.4270.

UniBank will never ask for your PIN or account number through these messages.

Planning to travel? Let us know in advance so your card continues to work as expected. Notify the Customer Contact Center at 800.578.4270 with your dates and destinations. This helps us prevent unnecessary declines while keeping fraud monitoring active. Countries may need to be unblocked to ensure successful purchases.
