Christopher Foley





Ed Augustus joined UniBank in March 2026 as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was appointed by Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey in June 2023 to lead the newly created Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, where he oversaw statewide efforts to increase housing production, lower housing costs, fund community development, manage public housing, and operate homelessness prevention and housing stabilization programs.
Augustus brings more than 35 years of public service experience. Before joining the Healey‑Driscoll Administration, he served as city manager of Worcester, leading the city’s widely recognized “Worcester Renaissance,” including major development, infrastructure investment, and the $240 million redevelopment of the Canal District and Kelley Square, highlighted by the relocation of the WooSox and construction of Polar Park. His earlier roles include director of Government & Community Relations at the College of Holy Cross, Massachusetts state senator, and senior staff positions in Congress and the U.S. Department of Education.

Christopher “Chris” Foley has served in senior/executive roles at UniBank for the past 25 years. A true community banker, Chris leads the daily operations of the Bank along with the Bank’s subsidiaries. Under Chris’s leadership, UniBank prides itself on going above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service to all customers, while maintaining a high level of involvement in the community.
A resident of the Blackstone Valley for over 25 years, Chris is very active in the community. He currently serves as Trustee of UMass Memorial Health - Milford Regional Medical Center, a member of the Investment Committee of UMass Memorial Health, and Board of Directors of the Blackstone Valley Education Foundation.
Chris holds his bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and an MBA from Suffolk University .

UniBank prides itself on community involvement and Justine embraces that mission as a member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association, Massachusetts Municipal Association, Massachusetts Association of School Business Officials. She is also involved with various County Municipal Associations, volunteers at the Community Harvest Project, and serves as a member of the Hanover Theatre’s Ambassadors Circle.
