Important Notice About Updated Branch Availability During the COVID-19 Pandemic:

Beginning on Thursday, April 1, 2021, we will expand our branch lobby hours.

We will continue to accept appointments and encourage appointment requests for account opening, loan applications or closings, notary and signature guarantee services, safe deposit box access and account maintenance. Use of electronic and digital services are strongly encouraged as well as our drive-up locations, as an alternative to visiting a branch.

Lobby & Drive-up* hours at UniBank's Whitinsville, Blackstone, Uxbridge, Douglas, Upton, Sutton North, Milford, Worcester, Grafton, Shrewsbury, and Hopkinton branches will be as follows:

Lobby & Drive-Up Hours:
Monday - Wednesday	9 am - 4 pm
Thursday & Friday	9 am - 6 pm
Saturday	9 am - 12 pm

^*Excluding Shrewsbury branch as there is no drive-up at this location.

Lobby hours at our Whitinsville Plaza branch will remain as follows:

Saturday	Closed

Our Sutton South branch location remains limited to ATM access. You can utilize the ATM there or utilize full service drive-up teller service at our nearby Sutton North branch located at 29 Galaxy Pass in Sutton.

Visiting UniBank & Safety Protocols

We will continue to observe guidelines in accordance with public health guidance for the safety of our employees and customers as follows:

Face masks are required for admittance to the branch and must be worn at
all times.
We may ask visitors to briefly lower their mask and show identification.
If the maximum capacity is reached, we may ask that you wait in your
vehicle.
When possible, please limit the number of individuals in your party to
only the number needed to conduct your transaction.
Markers placed on lobby floors are present to assist with social distancing.
Acrylic dividers are installed at transaction locations.
Hand sanitizer is available for use.
Single use pens are available upon request.
The UniBank Cafe refreshment center will remain closed at all locations.
Refrain from handshaking.

For the safety of our employees and other customers, we ask that customers refrain from entering our branch offices if any of the following apply:

You or someone in your household is being observed for or has COVID-19 (Coronavirus) or;
You or someone in your household is experiencing or has in the last 14 days any COVID-19 symptoms as identified by the CDC (runny nose, sore throat, fever of 100.4 or more).
