Our Sutton South and Whitinsville Plaza branch locations are limited to ATM access. If you would like to visit a nearby branch for drive-up or lobby access, here are some nearby locations:
- Customers of the Sutton South branch can utilize the ATM there or full service branch and drive-up teller service at our nearby Sutton North branch located at 29 Galaxy Pass in Sutton.
- Customers of the Whitinsville Plaza branch can utilize the ATM there or the full-service lobby and drive-up teller at our nearby Main Office located at 49 Church Street in Whitinsville.
Visiting UniBank & Safety Protocols:
Customers are encouraged to request appointments for account opening, loan applications or closings, notary & signature guarantee services, safe deposit box access and account maintenance. If you feel that you need to schedule an in-person meeting with one of our bankers, please call your local branch or 800.578.4270 for additional assistance.
As we reopen our branch lobbies, we have established guidelines in accordance with public health guidance for the safety of our employees and customers as follows:
- Branches with two entrances will have only one available entrance, which is the handicap accessible entrance. The entrance will be locked and visitors will be met by a greeter.
- If the maximum capacity is reached, we may ask that you wait in your vehicle.
- When possible, please limit the number of individuals in your party to only the number needed to conduct your transaction.
- Visitors entering the lobby must wear a mask or face covering. We will ask visitors to briefly lower their mask and show identification prior to entering the building.
- Markers placed on lobby floors are present to assist with social distancing.
- Acrylic dividers are installed at transaction locations.
- Branches are cleaned daily by a professional cleaning service and commonly used surfaces continue to be cleaned regularly.
- Hand sanitizer is available for use.
- Single use pens are available upon request.
- The UniBank Cafe refreshment centers will remain closed at all locations.
For the safety of our employees and other customers, we ask that customers refrain from entering our branch offices if any of the following apply:
- You or someone in your household is being observed for or has COVID-19 (Coronavirus) or;
- You or someone in your household is experiencing or has in the last 14 days any COVID-19 symptoms as identified by the CDC (runny nose, sore throat, fever of 100.4 or more).
Should we need to make adjustments to this plan, we will send email notifications to individuals on our eNews list and post information on our here on our website.
We continue to strongly encourage that you use electronic and digital services as well as our drive-up locations, as an alternative to visiting a branch.
