Report Your ATM/Debit Card Lost/Stolen

When you have lost your ATM or Debit Card, think it was stolen or suspect that fraudulent activity is taking place, you have the ability to deactivate your card through UniBank’s Online Banking and Mobile Banking systems. When you report your card lost or stolen, it will immediately and permanently be deactivated preventing unauthorized transactions from taking place. Once this process is complete, you will need to call UniBank’s Customer Contact Center at 1-800-578-4270 or stop by your local branch during business hours to have your card re-issued.
