UniBank has a formal disaster recovery plan that provides for recovery of all services in the event of a disaster. Our account processing is outsourced to Fidelity Financial Services, with whom we maintain online real-time processing communication. All of our transaction and customer database information is maintained in a dual mirrored fashion in processing centers in two different states. These sites are protected by strong physical security, backup generators, and regular federal agency audits. We maintain redundant communication from two locations in the event of the loss of one of our facilities or a major communications failure.
