UniBanker is our Internet-based computer banking system. It allows quick, simple and secure electronic access to your accounts at UniBank. In addition to its account balance and transaction reporting, UniBanker gives you the ability to:

Review up-to-date history of all account transactions
Make transfers between UniBank accounts
Initiate stop payments
Initiate wire transfers from UniBank
Electronically move funds to and from UniBank via ACH
Initiate direct deposit of pay and tax payments through ACH
Import and export information from other finance and accounting systems

Account Balance Reporting

Balance and detail reporting is one of the primary features of UniBanker. By using it to review account balances and detailed transaction data, you can more effectively monitor your account position(s) at UniBank and manage funds. UniBanker also allows you to verify current and historic activity with ease.

Internal Transfers / Stop Payments

UniBanker provides the ability to transfer funds from one UniBank account with a “click” of a mouse, at your convenience. UniBanker also permits you to initiate one or several stop payments, request photocopies of checks, or release stop payment orders previously issued.

Wire Transfer

UniBanker streamlines wire transfers without sacrificing control or security. Using an automated process, UniBanker electronically transmits your wiring instructions to the bank and eliminates the need to FAX instructions and/or call the bank. With the ability to set appropriate access for each employee through individual logins, there is always full accountability.

ACH Transfers / Payroll Direct Deposit / Tax Payments

Using a highly secure environment, UniBanker permits you to create all types of Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) payments including, but not limited to:

Direct deposit of employee pay
Transfers to your accounts at other banks
Transfers from your accounts at other banks to UniBank
Federal tax payments
State tax payments

As with wire transfers, UniBanker electronically transmits your instructions to the bank and eliminates the need for phone calls or FAX transmission.

eStatements

UniBank now offers eStatements (electronic statements) for your municipal statement accounts, including checking, savings and loans. They are available through your secure UniBanker login, so you can be sure your information is safe. You will get an email from us when your statement is available and you will be able to view it the next time you login to UniBanker. Once you are there, your statement can be viewed, printed or even downloaded to your computer or storage device, any time you want.

Your eStatement will include all the same information you currently receive with your printed UniBank statement, including check images and important notices from UniBank. And, best of all, your eStatement will be ready and waiting immediately – no waiting for the mail. In fact, you can “go green” and tell us not to mail your statement. Components of UniBanker

UniBanker consists of two components: Basic and Cash Management.

With Basic Online Banking the customer can see all of their accounts with real-time balances, view the history of each account, export history to their accounting software for account reconciliation, find and print previous bank statements, print check images, transfer funds to and from their other accounts at UniBank, and initiate stop payment orders.

With the Cash Management product the customer can set-up their own direct deposit for payroll, pay their federal and state taxes electronically, initiate ACH payments and receipts, re-present checks, initiate wire transfer requests, and send files created in their own accounting software in a secure environment.

Secure Controls

UniBanker allows you to control your own security and to provide access to accounts, information and transactions to individual employees as you determine it is appropriate. As staffing changes, you can quickly modify levels of access to UniBanker to meet your ever-changing needs, and you can change your employees’ passwords as needed.
