What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic statements that include all the same information your paper statement does, including your check images and any notices or important information from UniBank. You will receive an email from us as soon as your eStatements are available. Then, you can view, save or print your eStatement at your convenience. They may or may not replace your paper statements depending on your preferences.

What are the system requirements for receiving UniBank eStatements?
You must be a UniBanking Online customer. You will need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape 6.1 or higher or any version of Mozilla, and Adobe Acrobat, a free program available online.

How much do eStatements cost?
UniBank eStatements are free! This is just another way UniBank is making banking more convenient for our customers.

Do I have to be a UniBanking Online customer to receive UniBank eStatements?
Yes, you must be a UniBanking Online customer in order to receive UniBank eStatements. To enroll in UniBanking Online fill out an Enrollment Request Form and submit for processing. You may also visit any one of our branch offices or call our Operations Department at 508-234-8112.

How do I enroll in eStatements?
Log into UniBanking Online. Carefully read the Electronic Statement Consent and Authorization form, print it for your records, and then click “Accept” at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email from estatements@unibank.com confirming your acceptance.

Will I continue to receive paper statements once my UniBank eStatement service is set up?
While we anticipate that most eStatement users will prefer to stop receiving paper statements, that choice is up to you. Whenever you go to your eStatements area and close the popup window listing your available eStatements you will see “Attention New eStatement Enrollees” and “Attention eStatement Users” on that webpage. Simply click “Update eStatement Selections” to select each account you wish to receive eStatements and which you want to continue to receive mailed paper statements. For your convenience, eStatements will automatically be available for all of your accounts even if you select Mailed Paper Statement for those accounts.

How do I stop paper statements after enrolling in eStatements?
You must select “eStatement Delivery” to no longer receive paper statements. This selection can be found in your eStatement area after clicking “Update eStatement Selections.”

Once I enroll in eStatements, when will I get my first eStatement delivery?
Enrollments for eStatement delivery become effective with your next statement cycle. Each month you will receive an email notification that your statement is available (this is typically a few days sooner than you would have received your mailed paper statement). For your convenience, you will be able to view your most recent past statements online immediately.

What accounts are eligible for eStatements?
Most UniBank statement checking and savings accounts, as well as loan accounts are eligible. At this time, mortgage payment statements are available in eStatements; however, you will still receive a paper statement for these documents even if you select eStatement Delivery.

How do I view my UniBank eStatement?
Each month you will receive an email notification that your statement is available (this is typically a few days sooner than you would have received your mailed paper statement). Login to UniBanking Online, go into your “History” area and select “eStatements” from the sub menu. Your newly available statements will be listed under Unviewed Documents. Once you select a specific eStatement to view, click each tab to see different portions of your eStatement.

Can I save the PDF attachment of my eStatement on my computer or a disk?
Yes, you can save your monthly eStatements on either your computer or a disk, so you can easily retrieve them in the future without going online. To save a copy of your eStatement, when you are viewing your eStatement, click the save icon from the menu bar under the page tabs. You will need to save each tab (Statement, Back, Check Images (if any) and Important Information). Be sure to specify where you want the document saved on your computer or disk, keeping the .pdf extension. And select a name that will help you remember which statement the file contains (example: ChkStatement_2008-Jan.pdf). Or, if you prefer, you can print a hardcopy of the PDF document for your records by selecting the print icon from the menu bar under the page tabs.

How long are my eStatements kept in History?
As of now, your eStatements going back to January 2008 are now available. eStatements will remain available through your history for 18 months from the date of the eStatement.

Can I download my eStatement information into my Personal Finance Management (PFM) software such as Quicken® or Microsoft Money®?
Since your eStatement is sent to you in a PDF format, you will not be able to download the information into your PFM software. However, you can download your statement information into a PFM via UniBanking Online, by selecting the History button and then Export History on the sub menu.

If I have more than one account for electronic delivery do I get all eStatements at the same time?
No, you will receive a separate email notification for each eStatement as they become available.

Can I combine my checking and my savings accounts into one monthly statement?
Some UniBank accounts are eligible to combine for statement purposes. Please call or visit your local branch office for more information on combining your accounts.

What if I can’t access my eStatement?
If you have problems accessing your UniBank eStatement please contact our Operations Department at 508-234-8112 or email us at estatements@unibank.com

What if I stop receiving my eStatements email?
If you do not receive your eStatement when it is normally sent, please check to be sure your email mailbox is not full and that your email address has not changed. You should also make sure that the email address UniBank uses to send your email (estatements@unibank.com) is not blocked on your email as SPAM, and then notify our Operations Department at 508-234-8112 or email estatements@unibank.com.

What if my email address changes?
If your email address changes you are required to notify UniBank of your new email address in order to continue receiving eStatement availability notifications. You may notify us of your new email address by logging into UniBanking Online and select Other Services. Enter your new email address, submit the request and UniBank will update your records.

What if I change my mind and want to go back to paper statements only?
You may withdraw consent at any time in writing, by telephone, or by email at deposit.services@unibank.com. Your withdrawal will become effective no later than fifteen days after we receive your request. Upon termination you will no longer have access to your account statements online and you will receive all subsequent account statements in paper form via postal mail service.
