and Sterling Associates Announce Recent Promotions
Kenneth J. Redding,
president and chief executive officer at UniBank, announced recent
promotions:
- Jane E. Archibald has been promoted to vice president and operations manager. In this position, Ms. Archibald is responsible for all deposit and loan operations, including account processing, product management, and branch and departmental support.
- Patricia A. Baker has been promoted to senior vice president of the bank’s municipal banking department. In this position, Ms. Baker is responsible for product development, business development, and leadership of the municipal banking sales and support staff.
- Lisa N. Dickinson has been promoted to senior vice president of the bank’s subsidiary, UniBank Fiscal Advisory Services, Inc. (UFASI). In this position, Ms. Dickinson is responsible for leadership of the fiscal advisory staff providing fiscal advisory services to municipalities throughout Massachusetts, including capital planning, debt issuance and structure and timing of both long-term and short-term debt within the constraints of federal tax laws and state borrowing statutes.
- Matthew D. O’Neil has been promoted to assistant vice president and manager of business applications. In this position, Mr. O’Neil is responsible for operational health, performance management and strategic planning around all technology supporting all business applications in use at the bank.
- Kristin M. Perro has been promoted to assistant vice president. Ms. Perro is the branch manager of the bank’s Sutton branch and is responsible for the leadership of the sales staff and business development in the Sutton area.
Thomas F. Smith, Jr., president of Sterling Associates, announced recent promotions:

Shawn T. Rogan has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Rogan is responsible for marine, recreational vehicle and airplane loan originations in the New England region.

Scott D. Visbeek has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Visbeek is responsible for credit and underwriting management for marine, recreational vehicle and manufactured housing loans.
