UniBank Announces Recent Promotions

Kenneth J. Redding, president and chief executive officer at UniBank, announced recent promotions:

• Wendy D. Brown has been promoted to vice president.  Ms. Brown is the branch manager of the bank’s Whitinsville branch and is responsible for management and business development in the Whitinsville area. 
   
• John A. Czebotar has been promoted to vice president and controller.  In this position, Mr. Czebotar is responsible for financial reporting, investment management and management of the bank’s accounting department.
   
• Justine M. DeNorscia has been promoted to vice president in the Government Banking division of UniBank.  In this position, Ms. DeNorscia will be responsible for management of municipal account relationships in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including the development of municipal deposits and ongoing personal attention to the needs of those relationships.
   
• Brian R. Jamros has been promoted to vice president in the Government Banking division of UniBank.  In this position, Mr. Jamros will be responsible for management of municipal account relationships in Northeastern Massachusetts, including the development of municipal deposits and ongoing personal attention to the needs of those relationships.
   
• Richard J. Luchini has been promoted to assistant vice president of the bank’s Consumer Lending department.  He is responsible for consumer loan origination, loan processing and loan closings. 
   
• Denise Murphy has been promoted to vice president in the Government Banking division of UniBank.  In this position, Ms. Murphy will be responsible for management of municipal account relationships in the counties of Southern Massachusetts and Cape Cod and the islands, including the development of municipal deposits and ongoing personal attention to the needs of those relationships.
   
• Dave B. Sampson has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Mortgage department of UniBank. In this position, Mr. Sampson will be responsible for originating, processing and servicing mortgage loans and participating in commercial lending activities of the Bank.
   
• Geoffrey C. Underwood been promoted to vice president in the Commercial Lending Department at UniBank. In this position, Mr. Underwood will develop new commercial business and assist commercial loan clients.
