UniBank's Holiday Giving Trees

UniBank announces its annual “Holiday Giving Tree” campaign to help make this holiday season brighter for those less fortunate in towns serviced by bank branches. Each UniBank office has chosen an organization that fills a need in their community. Employees support the program by making and purchasing items, and accepting donations from customers and the general public.

The main branch in Whitinsville is requesting all types of non-perishable foodstuffs, which will be distributed by the Northbridge Association of Churches.

The wish tree in Blackstone is decorated with tags requesting clothing or toys for children in Blackstone that will be distributed by the Fire Department.

The Douglas office is collecting gift certificates for food, clothing and other necessities for the Why Me organization to benefit children with cancer.

The wish tree in Sutton has tags requesting gift card purchases for local teenagers to be distributed by the Sutton Board of Health.

The Upton office will display a wish tree with tags requesting items needed by the elderly and are handed out by the Upton Senior Center.

The Uxbridge “Adopt an Angel” tree requests specific items of clothing or toys for children in Uxbridge distributed by the Inter Agency Group (People First and St. Vincent de Paul).

The Whitinsville Plaza office will display a tree with tags requesting clothing or toy items to be distributed by the Department of Social Services to benefit local families.

Donated items may be placed under the Giving Tree in branch offices during regular banking hours starting November 25 through mid December.
