John T. Andreoli Elected to UFS Bancorp Board of Trustees

Timothy P. Wickstrom, chairman of the board of UFS Bancorp (holding company of UniBank), and Kenneth J. Redding, president and CEO of UniBank, announced that John T. Andreoli was recently elected to the holding company’s Board of Trustees and UniBank’s Board of Directors. His duties include strategic oversight of the holding company and the bank, as well as setting policies for management to implement.

Mr. Andreoli is president and CEO of the Sullivan Insurance Group in Worcester. He is a Licensed Insurance Adviser with 25 years of experience.

Mr. Wickstrom commented, “Mr. Andreoli’s strong leadership skills and vast experience in risk management make him a valuable member of our board. His impressive credentials will be an asset when designing strategies that lead our organization to further growth.”

Mr. Andreoli is a graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Clark University.  In addition, he holds bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters.

Mr. Andreoli is affiliated with a number of professional, civic and community organizations. He previously served as chairman of the board of trustees at Saint Vincent Hospital/ Worcester Medical Center for 4 years, where he currently serves as a trustee. He served as campaign chair for the United Way of Central Massachusetts in 2003 and as its director from 2002 to 2006. He is also the head football coach at Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury. Mr. Andreoli resides in the town of Shrewsbury.
